Customer experience company Essense joins Eidra
Following our integration into the Swedish consultancy collective Eidra in 2022 - together with digital product studio Q42 - and the founding of Curamando and Eidra.Consulting, we are now pleased to welcome a new Dutch sister company: Essense!
Essense is a customer experience agency that combines technology, data, consulting, and creativity to enhance customer experience and journey management. Essense helps organisations become more customer-centric, understand customer needs, manage journeys, and design outstanding customer experiences. Examples include delivering a brand-driven customer experience for Greenchoice, developing a strategic CX roadmap for Dopper, and improving customer retention and satisfaction for Odido.
At Fabrique, we orchestrate brand-driven experiences, whether digital or physical. We share a strong design DNA with Essense: in a complex world, we bring companies and their customers closer together. The future collaboration with Essense will therefore provide a valuable deepening of our CX and UX offering.

45 new colleagues
Our new Essense colleagues include experts in CX, service design, data, customer journey management, and customer-centric transformation. With the addition of Essense, Eidra in the Netherlands now consists of 250 people across Fabrique, Q42, Curamando, Eidra.Consultancy and Essense. Internationally, Eidra has grown to 1,200 people across thirteen companies.
Essense, based in Amsterdam, will join us in our new shared office at Oude Houthaven.
