Fabrique is moving in Rotterdam – to the iconic Groot Handelsgebouw!
Our Rotterdam studio is relocating from Weena-Zuid to the Groot Handelsgebouw. Early next year, we’ll join forces with our sister companies Q42, Essense, Curamando, and Eidra Consulting in this historic building right next to Rotterdam Central Station.
After setting up a shared office earlier this year in Amsterdam’s Oude Houthaven, the Groot Handelsgebouw will now become our new home in South Holland. In March 2026, we, along with other digital agencies under our Swedish parent company Eidra, will move into the first floor on the corner of Weena and Stationsplein—right above where the famous Brasserie Engels used to be.
A hub for collaboration and inspiration
This new space is designed to bring our different disciplines closer together, encourage teamwork, and create an inspiring environment where colleagues, clients, and partners feel at home.
As Wietske, Director of Eidra Netherlands, puts it: "Eidra is an international collective of specialist companies helping organizations truly advance digitally, from smart strategy to solid execution. The Groot Handelsgebouw is literally and figuratively the intersection of everything we value: collaboration, accessibility, and inspiration. You can walk straight into the city center, be in the heart of a buzzing business district, and work in a building full of history and character. That fits us perfectly."
The Groot Handelsgebouw—GHG for short—is a true icon of Rotterdam’s post-war reconstruction and the largest business center in the Netherlands. The building, owned by Jamestown since 2019, offers around 110,000 m² of office, retail, hospitality, and storage space, of which Eidra will occupy over 2,000 m². Home to more than 450 companies, it also features a 7,000 m² rooftop terrace with stunning views over the Rotterdam skyline and harbor. Can’t wait to see you at our new location in the New Year!
