Omoda sells more than 200 different brands of shoes, bags and accessories. Alongside physical shops in the Netherlands and Belgium, Omoda has the largest shoe webshop in the Benelux. Together with e-commerce specialist Xsarus, we developed a new webshop for Omoda in 2013.
Bring our webshop in line with our ambition to continue our growth in the coming years. Design a new image for this and link it to a focus on conversion.
We had the shop, service and inspiration overlap seamlessly into one another.
The webshop is friendly and a touch idiosyncratic. We help the visitor as much as possible in making a choice. On the detail page they can zoom right in so that they can even see the structure of the leather.
In order to underline the personal nature of Omoda, we have fully integrated social media, and reviews by other users help people make a choice. Chatting, mailing, phoning, Facebook or Twitter: the customer service department is ready to provide a fast answer six days a week.
Club Omoda monitors your orders and gives personal tips. With the one-page check-out, your order is placed very quickly. Can't make your mind up? Then check out the fashion trends, the blog or one of the lookbooks.
