Whether it's about Scrum, Lean StartUp or Brand-driven Design, we believe in our work and our vision. And we enjoy sharing our ideas.
Fabrique Master Classes
At Fabrique we enjoy sharing knowledge. That’s why we organise open master classes regularly. Classes taught by industry leaders in our network. In the past few years, for example, we’ve hosted master classes taught by car designer Lowie Vermeersch, who gave us an insider view of his work at Pininfarina and Granstudio; brand strategist Mark Radda, who told us a hilarious story about the mixed received style of the Olympic Games in London; and designer Gadi Amit, and how he kept his finger firmly on the pulse of the Fitbit and other wearables.
Want to stay informed about our upcoming master classes? Follow us on Facebook and Twitter, or sign up for our newsletter (in Dutch).
Bringing complex projects to a successful conclusion, within the given time and budget. That’s what scrum is all about. We recorded our experience with scrum in the bestselling book Get Agile! And, together with training agency GIFT, we went on to establish the Scrum Academy in 2013.
Scrum Academy trains clients, agencies and teams on how to scrum. Especially how to scrum on projects that are focused on design & development, like developing websites and apps. But also on multidisciplinary projects in the marketing and communications industry. In the Scrum Academy we train people from various disciplines how to become a Scrum Master or Product Owner, and we coach organisations on how to work the Agile way. Have a look at the Scrum Academy website and check out our programs and prices.
Playing it lean
How can we speed up our innovation processes? A recurring question among many corporate organisations. Applying Lean StartUp method just might be the solution. By combining our experience with corporate organisations and start-ups, we can help our clients improve their innovation culture. However, this way often proves to be difficult for organisations that are built on security. Because innovation presents uncertainty, secure organisations have quite a few things to consider.
Next to teaching the theory, we facilitate the courses by using an ‘old school’ board game called Playing Lean. The game brings the theory into practice, because you and your team must build a start-up into the new Facebook. At the core of the game are the principles that are discussed in the bestsellers The Lean Startup by Eric Ries and Running Lean by Ash Maurya. The powerful principles from these books have radically renovated the world of product development in recent years.
Looking for acceleration, agility and risk reduction? We invite you come on over, so we can discuss it further in more detail.
