How Fabrique works Training and masterclasses
Sharing is caring. We really mean that.
We believe in our work and vision.
Whether it's about Scrum, Lean Startup or Brand-driven Design, we believe in our work and our vision. And we love to share our ideas.
Bringing complex projects to a successful conclusion, within the given time and budget. That’s what Scrum is all about. We recorded our experience with Scrum in the bestselling book Get Agile! And, together with training agency GIFT, we went on to establish the Scrum Academy in 2013.
The Scrum Academy trains clients, agencies and teams on how to scrum. Our courses focus mainly on design & development projects, like setting up websites and apps, but there are also courses that look at multidisciplinary projects in the marketing and communications industry. In the Scrum Academy we train people from various disciplines how to become a Scrum Master or Product Owner, and we coach organisations on how to work the Agile way. Take a look at the Scrum Academy website and check out our programmes and prices.
Masterclasses by Industry leaders.
That’s why we organise open master classes regularly. Classes taught by industry leaders in our network. In the past few years, for example, we’ve hosted master classes taught by car designer Lowie Vermeersch, who gave us an insider view of his work at Pininfarina and Granstudio; brand strategist Mar Radda, who told us a hilarious story about the mixed reception of the London Olympic Games’ style; and designer Gadi Amit, who shared how he kept his finger firmly on the pulse of the Fitbit and other wearables.
Lean StartUp method.
How can we speed up our innovation processes? A recurring question among many corporate organisations. Applying the Lean StartUp method just might be the solution.
Improve culture of innovation
By combining our experience into corporate organisations and startups, we can help our clients improve their innovation culture.
Theory in practice.
Apart from teaching the theory, we also use an ‘old-school’ board game called Playing Lean. The game brings the theory into practice, by challenging you and your team to help a startup become the new Facebook.
